We collect and process the following data: your surname, first name(s), age, postal address, email address, former position(s) and/or current position(s), and any other personal data included in your CV and cover letter (hereinafter your "Data").

Your Data will be used to contact you and process your application.

It is processed on the basis of pre-contractual measures.

3. Data Subjects' rights

You are reminded that in the context of the processing of your Data, and in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the 27th of April 2016, applicable as of 25 May 2018 (hereinafter "GDPR") and of French Law n°78-17 of the 6th of January 1978 as amended, you have the following rights over your Data:

4. Storage of the Data

Your Data may be stored by the Galeries Lafayette Group for a maximum period of 24 months. After this period, you will receive an e-mail proposing that you update your Data. If you do not reply within 10 days, your Data will be deleted from our databases.

5. Data security

In the context of the processing described herein, all appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken against any unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, destruction and loss of your Data, which is hosted in data centres located within the European Union for the duration of the processing.

Unless otherwise provided by law, regulation or court order, access to your Data is restricted to authorised employees of the Galeries Lafayette Group.

Your personal data is processed and hosted on servers located in the European Union.

6. Cookie management

What is a "cookie"?

A cookie is a file placed on your terminal (computer, mobile or tablet) when you visit a website or view an advertisement. Its purpose is to collect information relating to your browsing, in order to send you services and offers adapted to your interests.
