Since 2015, La Redoute has opened “connected stores” in Paris and major cities for its home decoration brands, La Redoute Interiors and AM.PM, with the aim of offering clients the opportunity to experience the style and quality of products in an inspiring atmosphere. The shopping journey can be concluded in store thanks to tablets, smartphones with the La Redoute app, or at home on a computer. La Redoute now offers its clients a unique omnichannel experience.

La Redoute is present in six countries: the United Kingdom, Russia, Switzerland, Belgium, Portugal and Spain. These subsidiaries target their national market by taking into account local specificities and relying on the resources and overall strategy of the brand. Quai 30 the logistics revolution
In 2015, La Redoute invested over 50 million euros in a new logistics warehouse called "Quai 30" located in Wattrelos, near Roubaix. Quai 30 handles over 3,500 orders per hour, prepares each order in two hours, delivers the next day, manages 300,000 product references... Equipped with state-of-the-art techniques that represent the best of technological advances in the logistics field over more than 42,000 sq.m, Quai 30 supports La Redoute's digital logistics revolution.
